MADE THIS FOR A FAMILY PARTY AND WOW! I GET ASKED TO MAKE IT ALL THE TIME. BUT FOR A MEAL I MADE IT INTO A BURGER. I MAKE THE MEAT MIXTURE JUST LIKE IT SAYS (DONT MAKE THE DIPPING SAUCE BUT THEN MAKE THEM INTO PATTIES. I PUT THEM RIGHT INTO THE SKILLET AND COOK THEM SLOWLY ON MED HEAT. I SERVE THEM ON CIABATTA ROLLS WITH MAYO, LETTUCE AND RED ONION. YUMO RACHAE!

this was super super salty! it was way too much for me. even with the extra honey, the sauce was not edible. i couldn't find ground pork, so i used ground beef and left out the shrimp cause i thought it was unnecessary (extra expense without any real added flavor...at least in a meatball and it was unbearably salty. the idea of it is nice, maybe just cut back on the tamari? i won't be making this again

I was shocked at how good this recipe was. It was easy to follow and really surprised me at how flavorful this was. My husband loved them! The dipping sauce was a bit salty, but like the recipe says I just added more honey and it was perfect! I will definitely make this again!

I made the meat up ahead of time then cooked them right before guests arrived. I served them with the thai soup-dinner was delicious and easy to eat!

I liked the flavors a lot, but found it difficult to get a good consistency with the food processor. Mine came out very soup-y in order to get it to blend. However, it worked fine when I dropped them onto the skillet; they were just irregularly shaped instead of balls. Next time, I'd mix them by hand and use whole baby shrimp to get a better consistency. I will definitely make this again though!

...but worth it. Next time, I'll make them by themselves instead of at the same time as the MYOTO soup.

My family doesn't like shrimp, so I made this with chicken and pork. It was incredible! The many different flavors in the balls along with the spicy/salty dipping sauce just compliment each other. I would recommend this to anyone.
