    Just made this 8/14/12 .....wow!!!! It was easy & delicious !!! A great change from cocktail sauce... I used the cayenne pepper & omitted the celery it was great.... But I can c variations like instead of cayenne pepper possibly Tabasco chipotle sauce added !!!! Loving it!!

    The 'cayenne pepper sauce' in the recipe...is it cayenne pepper or is it a Tabasco sauce?

    Served these as appetizers for a few friends before dinner one night. What a hit!! The sauce was outstanding. I also used the remoulade on chicken!! Just like using BBQ sauce...Works great.

    I love this stuff. It's so much more flavorful than plain old store bought sauce. It's so easy to make that I've made it several times now.

    A quick and easy remoulade sauce that can be made ahead or served right after preparing. I don't use quite as much tobasco as is called for.
