My husband loves it, and I love it!! It is so quick and easy to make. It's great when you want something light and refreshing. We usually eat it in the spring and summer, but we have added it to our winter menu just for a change of pace.

This dressing was awesome. Don't be afraid to add a bit more cheese. I used a few anchovy fillets, but never tasted them after they were blended with the other ingredients. So creamy and rich.

I made this for last night's dinner, using shrimp. The taste is terrific! I'm not sure why some people thought it was bland... Since there's only two of us, I have some of the dressing left over for use later on over a dinner salad. The entire meal took about 10 minutes-- what a time-saver! Nice and light for the summer, and since fresh, cooked shrimp is pretty plentiful right now, very budget-friendly! i supplementyed the wraps with a crusty garlic bread. This one's a keeper!

Just used the chicken, and roasted my own instead of buying a chicken. The dressing was great, mine was actually thinner than I would have liked but it tasted fantastic. I did not use as much anchovy paste as it called for. Will make again, thanks!

The recipe is a great idea. I found that the anchovy paste required was way too much for a subtle flavor (and I love anchovies!. Also, I added the juice and zest of one lemon and found that my dressing had way too much lemon by more than 2/3. Next time I will most likely add the zest of 1/2 a lemon and skip the juice altogether. And regarding the Parmesan cheese, I will probably FOLD it in after all the other ingredients are mized. Less breakup of finely grated cheese.
Bottomline: No finese in this recipe. Otherwise still a great idea.
