If you don't like anchovies (and I don't you could substitute capers to get that "salty" taste. Find them in the olive/pickle section of your store.

This was so easy to put together and my family loved it. If for some reason you don't have time to make the dressing, you can just use a bottled Caeser too.

This was just delicious and fast to make. My husband and myself sat down and ate 3 each of the wraps. We loved them with the shrimp and chicken, and we also made the fruit sticks with the zest syrup. Perfect dishes for the adults and kids. I highly recommend anyone make this, its fast and fabulous. One of my favorites. Would love to see rahael ray make some cannoli's next. Hope Hope""""

I'm impressed! Absolutely wonderful! I used the ideas presented and added some of my own. I cooked the chicken- cut it in strips- and then smothered it with grated mozzarella which melted after covering it. I served it on the lettuce after first sprinkling it with scallions. I gave each person the option of adding their own favorite dressing if they wanted it. The mozzarella cheese was enough for me. My family loved it! Presentation was beautiful. It can be served with cut tomatoes. Yum!

If you enjoy creamy Caesar dressing, you will love this! I did not make the wraps, but used the dressing on romaine lettuce. I know it isn't a classic Caesar salad dressing, but it was delicious and kept well for a few days in the fridge.
