This is quite a bit of food. It's a full meal for sure. You could simplify by cutting out the pasta, but then you'll still need a side. The main entre is fabulous. I've changed my run-of-the-mill meatloaf routine as a result. Thanks for the great ideas, Rachael!

This was very easy to make....didn't include the raisins didn't have any will add them next time....Very tasty and a different way for having just plain meat loaf....I added a different cheese tho and left out the Parm...Instead I made pasta with tomatoes salt and pepper and butter and served it with the Brasciole....it was just what the dish needed not gravy but the stewed tomatoes and butter made a nice sauce for the meat dish.....

Wonderful Braciole for Meatloaf done agrodolce. Bravo RR!
Added a little wine to meatloaf mixture. After roasting the
Braciole, I added some wine to the pan drippings & reduced it
down for some sauce. Good pasta, too. Chi mangia bene, mangia Italiano!

Loved this meatloaf! Definitely include the golden raisins! I was hesitant to do so as I'm not a big fan of raisins...but you won't be sorry. They were great in this dish. I have also made the meatloaf without the ham and provolone and I almost like it better. I didn't make the pasta, I followed someone else's suggestion and made the Oven Steak Fries. Delish!

My mom (90 yrs old is making the Meatloaf Brasciole for the 4th time. Everyone loves it - it's a keeper! She follows the recipe exactly - but omits the raisins.

I have always hated meatload but this recipe intrigued me. Since my husband loves meatloaf I was looking for a recipe that I thought I could stomach.

This recipe is, in the words of Rachel, absolutely "delish"! After 42 years on this Earth I have found a meatloaf I not only like, but really love.

Burgers, meatloaf...chicken, beef, turkey, or whatever, this was another winning recipe from the "queen of burgers." I made mine of ground turkey and ground bison with delectable results. Next time I might make a marinara to put over it, not because it was dry but just because I wanted some kind of gravy. Well done once again, Rachael.
