OMG... the meatloaf brasciole was absolutely wonderful and very easy to make. My family loved it. But for the pasta we just werent fond of, but thats ok cause the meatloaf stole the show.

All the ingredients, really, complement each other. I have much difficulty NOT adjusting a recipe but this one is excellent as is. Reviewer who said this was expensive must have found a place more costly than my grocery store (Whole Foods where all cost $34.73 but this served 5 adults so..?

My husband and I loved this recipe. It made a whole meal as is. We enjoyed it for breakfast the next moprning. And still ate this for our evening meal with great gusto the next day. Thank you Rachel for this delicous recipe. I will make it for company dinner.

i made the brasciole as directed, doubled the amount of the pasta and
served a tossed spinach salad with canned mandarin oranges,using the drained juice for an orange and walnut oil vinigarette. With a little french bread and butter, it served 8 people with more than enough food.
