I have made this numerous times. I don't like the pasta that she served with it.

This meatloaf is amazing. Highly recommend it.

I made this meatloaf, and one other using a different recipe, for a family gathering with my inlaws. This was everyone's hands-down favorite, and both my sisters-in-law asked for the recipe.

Love the meat roll ups. I heeded the advise of fellow reviewers and cooked longer than the recipe called for and over did it. I recommend a meat thermometer to check for doneness as I had triple the recipe in (I'm a personal chefat 450 degrees for 30 minutes and it was WAY overdone-stick to the recipe or check with thermometer! Pasta lacked any real zip and I wouldn't make it again. Dull.

I love love love this great twist on meatloaf. I have made this several times and will continue to. Ingredients are a little expensive but worth it. Thanks for the great recipe Rachael!

This was really good. It is a great break away from plain ol' meatloaf. This is a great recipe.

I made this dish tonight for dinner and it was delicious! I didn't make the pasta dish, instead I made mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. It was a great comfort meal!

It's not your average meatloaf, and I love the combination of pine nuts, chopped raisins and parmesan. Definitely a meal you can make during the week for family or for entertaining.

I only made the meatloaf and it reminded me of my mom's meatloaf when I was a child. She would stuff hers with any leftover cooked veggies she had in the fridge, or sometimes hard boiled eggs. We would always be surprised. Rachaels version was very good. My husband said it was the best he ever had.I didn't roll it up since it seemed like too much trouble. I split the amount of meat in half, stuffed it and covered with the remaining meat. Just make sure you press it all closed to prevent cheese from leaking out. Enjoy!!
