    This was easy but my husband and I both agreed that there was to much wine in it. Maybe if there was less of it we would have liked it more. I will make this againt o see if it can come out better without so much of the wine. But everything else in it made it POP!

    I make the burgers all the time without the mousse pate and they're a wonderful change from traditional plain burgers. The flavor is subtle.
