    I had a pound of sirloin I needed to use up and came across this recipe- so impressed! The burgers were moist and delicious- The sauteed onions and balsamic mayo really made this recipe. Thanks Rach

    This was delicious. It is a nice twist on your traditional hamburger with ketchup and mustard. I love the balsamic mayo sauce.

    We make these burgers all the time, especially for summer cookouts. We served them to a friend who said, "that was the best backyard burger I've ever had"!

    I think this recipe is delicuos. my favorite part of the burger are the mushrooms. so i put a lot of it.

    I've never been much of a hamburger fan, but these are so tasty, I make them all the time. My husband says they are the best burgers he's ever eaten. The balsamic mayo is certainly the most important part.

    These were delicious! I chose to "stuff" the burgers w/ a little red onion and some bleu cheese crumbles, that with the spinach and portobellos made a wonderful meal!
