Everything was tasty - from the portobellos and balsamic mayo to the tomatos and scallions with olive oil and S&P!

I was hesitant about the mayo-balsamic sauce but it was a hit and really added something special to the burgers! Portabellos were also great with this.

This was good. I put too little of the balsamic vinegar in, and should not have been so skimpy.

I loved the idea of the balsamic mayo. It wasn't to bitter like I thought it would be. It complimented the burger, swiss and mushrooms pretty well.

I'm such a ketchup fan that I was surprised how much I loved the balsamic mayo with these. The mushrooms made these burgers perfect.

I have made this recipe several time. It is quick, easy and oh so good! You cna't buy a better burger in a restaurant. The balsamic may is what makes this one great. Try it!

Adding worcestershire sauce makes a wonderful difference! Then, the balsamic in the mayo - wow, what a great duo with the burger. I had to work on my measurements....don't add too much balsamic to the mayo or the consistency will be too thin. -Another winner Rachael!

My family is still ranting over my burgers, I've been asked for this recipe over and over. It really livens up a plain old burger.
