My husband and I tried the butta the night after seeing it in an apisode.I had to use green onions for chives and it was divine! We used it on a strip steak that was not thin, but just kinda smeared it over it.Omg!Felt like a fancy place and not a homey Tn kitchen!

Try the recipe with any steak and it will turn out well. Found the skirt steak to be tough.

The blue cheese butter alone is worth it's salt. Easy to make, easy to keep in the fridge or the freezer, and easy to serve. I keep some on hand for an easy way to kick up steaks.
