    I used the whole menu from the show. The only thing I didn't have was the taragon leafs. Also I used feta cheese instead of blue cheese because it was milder. My husband loved all of it. He went wild over the butter with the feta. The tomatoes sent him into lavish compliments and bless his heart he will eat asparagus anyway you cook the stuff. Since it was the first time to fix this meal I was a little off the 30 min but will have it nailed the next time...Thanks!!!!

    This steak recipe is unbelievably good. My husband raved that it was even better than the local steak restaurant. This is the perfect recipe if you're having a dinner party and want to impress your guests.

    I couldn't find skirt steaks the day I made this recipe so I substituted another cut. I had to increase the cooking time but the result was so yummy. I will make this one again and again.

    Rachael this dish was so yumo..and I don't even like blue cheese.my family loved it, and my husband said you should open a cooking schoolso I could attend..I would be your first student..you really know how to please...You Are The BEST

    This is very simple to make and tastes amazing. The blue cheese butter impresses guests, but it is very simple. I've varied the steak cuts before and marinades and it is always excellent!
