    Easiest Rachel Recipe Ever! And soooo delicious. I made it with roasted broccoli and it was a great meal in under 30 minutes!

    This recipe is AMAZING!!! I made it along with the roasted asparagus from the same episode last night for Valentines Day dinner. Not only did they both taste fantastic, my hubby timed me and I pulled it off in 30 minutes!!! I did use sirloin steak. Also, like several others already have stated, I am not a blue cheese fan, but prepared like this, I have a new favorite.

    This was such an easy addition to add to any steak. We used sirloin instead of skirt steak due to the fact that my local grocer did not have it. My husband how I plan on topping this dinner tonight. I do not think I can eat a steak without it. It was soooo good.

    I made this for my family and they all loved it1 It was so easy to prepare and wonderful taste. It has been added to the familys regular menu.

    This was a great recipe. My husband loves blue cheese but I really didn't, but this blue cheese butter is really wonderful. It adds so much flavor to the steak. I am a fan of blue cheese now.
