    Absolutely fantastic! I used left over cooked lentils instead of the barley. I cut down on the EVOO a little just to keep the calories down a bit.

    very tasty soup what a genius idea making stock of dry mushroom. thank you so much i love this show cause i am very busy mom one day in kitchen and that is it done for the rest of the week.i love your tips telling in between meals, sending you my family LOVE:}}}
