First time we made this dish was back in 2011. We've been making it ever since and loving it. Quick and easy.

Delicious. Used t-bones rubbed with olive oil & steak spice. Substituted Spinach for lettuce. The worcestershire in the dressing pairs well with the steaks. We sopped up the extra dressing on our plates with the steak!

This is a very yummy salad dressing. I wish I had all the ingredients...I had to use 1 T. balsamic glaze and a little yellow mustard. But I think it tastes delicious. A little strong until I added it to the lettuce.

Excellent dish. I had never cooked flat iron steak before and it is now one of my go to meats. Amazingly tender, flavorful and inexpensive. Having made this recipe several times now I've found that almost any combination of greens work well, probably because the vinaigrette is so delicious. I brush the steaks with equal parts olive oil and worchestershire sauce before grilling. I think it provides a little more depth of flavor. When I serve this everyone raves about it and I doubt they would ever guess that it's so easy to prepare.

So delicious, nice, affordable and didn't hardly take any time at all. Went over so well with the whole family. Definately going to be making this again!

Yummy.. This is a light dinner for a hot summer night!... I loved the steak served this way; for the dressing I subbed steak sauce for the worctershire!.. I dont care for arugula so I skipped it... I love Rachel Rey's recipes; they are simple and good! :

I made all the dishes on the show tonight and my kids couldn't get enough. They said they wished they had extra stomachs so they could eat the leftovers.

The spicy dressing is awesome and quick, and the whole meal can be put together in about ten minutes! I used about 3/4 lb. top round which cost about $4.00 and that fed both my wife and me just fine. Whole dinner probably cost about $10.
