I'm a huge fan of ground turkey and this recipe was so delicious! I did cut the meat portion in half because I'm only cooking for 2. I went ahead and made the sauce as called for and when I mixed them together, it all worked out fine. I did have the time to let it reduce a little, but sloppy joes need to be sloppy! It's a keeper!

I really liked this reciped however I am not a fan of cider vinegar so next time will reduce the vinegar. Also I didnt use ground turkey I actually used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I just shredded it up and started the recipe with softening the onions. Turned out fabulous! Will definitely use this recipe again in the future.

These Joes were absolutely delish! My 5 year old son ate 2! The combination of spices made the dish sweet and smokey but not hot. This recipe is a definite keeper!

First, I must say, I'm not a fan of ground turkey, but I continue to try. My appeal to this recipe was thinking it had a gaggle of other ingredients with strong enough character that would deter my general objection to the turkey. Well, that didn't happen. The sweetness of the turkey shone through. But that said, the supporting flavors worked wonderfully together - thus the 4 stars. So if you like ground turkey, you're sure to enjoy this "Joe".
