This was great and easy. I didn't use hot dogs just the ground beef and it was fine.

These are fantastic. I made it and froze it in a zip bag for a camping trip. It reheated in a skillet on a camp stove and everyone asked for more. I kicked it up by using bratwurst instead of the hotdogs and it was delish!

This dinner is great, with or without the hot dogs. Easy, not too spicy for kids, and a cinch to make.

This recipe is great. My husband and son both love it. I would recommend two things though. First, don't use turkey hot dogs. They don't cook up right and have a strange flavor. Second, make sure to add some cheese or something to the joes b/c they are a little dry and plain. Also, buy the nice buns. The first time we ate this I used the cheap buns and it wasn't great. The second time we ate it, I bought nice kaiser rolls, split them, buttered them, then broiled them and added mayo before piling on the meat mixture. That made a big difference! (yeah I realize that was three things, not two!

The hot dogs were a great added touch! I did not think homemade sloppy joe was that easy.

I tried this one out on my family of 6 and they LOVED it! It's a great twist on the traditional sloppy joe recipe and it's a great budget stretcher too! It was soo simple to make (as are most of Rach's recipes. I think it's a great Kids Birthday party meal or fun for a slumber party as it feeds a bunch of kids.
