Ingredients
- 2 pints small berries, whole or halved, stemmed and hulled
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- A handful fresh mint leaves, torn or shredded
Directions
Toss the berries with the lemon and sugar in a serving bowl. Let stand for a few minutes, then stir in the mint and serve.

Thank you Rachael!! My 9 year old who would rather grab something from the "candy" bowl LOVES this dish!! We pour the juice over bite size angel food cake and top with the strawberries...it's heavenly!!

I had strawberries and lemons in my fridge already so I decided to give this a shot tonight and it is a Winner. Family ate all two pounds of strawberries that I made and wanted more. Will definitely make often this summer!
