    No one could believe that I made these potatoes (I am not known as a great cook. They're just as good as they sound, and easy to prepare. Eyes light up when I mention bringing them to a potluck!

    Sinfully creamy and good.
    Actually works with any type of potato. Have tried it with several varieties.

    wow this was sure yummy......

    i made a half recipe , so used half the ingredients....

    everyone liked it....

    thinking of making it for a church social or function...

    I used the veggie cream cheese by Philly and this was so good. I definitely recommend trying other flavors as well. When I reheated them the next day they were as smooth as when I first made them, no lumpy reheated potato mess. I'd even give it 10 stars!!

    They had a cheesy taste and my family enjoyed them. It is not the typical buttered Mashed Potatoes. It was a different touch and it was great!

    This recipes goes great with the meatloaf muffins and both are better as leftovers! I added Knorr Veg. Soup mix (dry with half and half and my husband loved it! Great if you are wanting some warm, comfort food!
