    So simple and tasty! I peeled half of the potatoes to balance them out b/c I'm not a huge fans of the skin, but other than that no changes were needed. So good, I would eat these potatoes all the time.

    I finally found this recipe again. Made it first time, w/mini meatloafs and greenbeans & bacon. Froze dinner size portions. Ran across them in freezer and knew whatever it was would be good. MAN, WAS IT GOOD OR WHAT?

    ? is shall I attempt this same review for mini meatloafs and greenbeans also? Or not? WONDERFUL DINNER, wonderful comfort food!

    This was by far the best mashed potatoes recipe! I used alouette garlic and herb cream cheese and used heavy whipped cream...wonderful and decadent!!
