    I usually shied away from making mashed potatoes as I found them way too much trouble. These could not have been simpler and so delicious!! My husband and kids flipped over them. Only took me about 5 minutes to put it together after cooking the potatoes. They were so creamy. Will definately be making these again. Thank you Rachael. You always have a great take on something as simple as Mashed Potatoes.
