    My husband's remark was "Outstanding!" I followed one of the user's suggestion for the garden veg. cream cheese. It was awesome, thank you! A keeper for sure to make over and over again, you're the girl Rachael.

    I love these potatoes! Try mixing in a bit of bacon bits. This is a true classic dish.

    I loved the potatoes, but my husband thought they were a little bland and my kids didn't like them. Too much cream cheese.

    My kids ask me to make this all the time!! And my 7 year old always ask to help me make it. It a great way for the two of us to spend time in the kitchen doing what we love - cooking & baking!

    Not as smooth and creamy as Mom's, but still good. We found they needed quite a bit of salt. Will make again with some alterations.

    I didn't know what to expect from this recipe, but I haven't ever been too disappointed in any of Rachael's, so I gave it a try. Guests were crazy about it! I used the garden vegetable variety of cream cheese. No one could believe the ingredients when I told them!
