For the longest time I could not get potato wedges to be crispy on the outside and soft inside...paprika was just the right hint of flavor I was looking for. Not too potent or overpowering. Just right.

The smoked paprika puts these potatoes over the top. I will be making these for my family many times.

I just saw this show today and can't wait to try the BBQ sauce and slaw! I noticed the NOTE at the bottom of the directions for the potato recipe. It says you can substitute sweet potatoes for the white potatoes listed in the recipe. I am about to make the potatoes using white ones since I do not care for sweet potatoes. Can't go wrong with Rach's recipes!

I loved that these potatoes were oven baked and tasted as good as the real thing- without the added calories. Next time, I would not add as much smoked paprika. Some of the fries had more of it than others and it was pretty strong. The dip was also very good. My husband really liked the little kick from the hot sauce. For me, I might add some BBQ to it.
