We enjoyed this recipe immensely. The cole slaw mix was surprisingly good inside! They can be a bit messy, and the chipotles gave nice flavor, but still scared me a bit.
Reheated well, too!

My husband and I loved these! I really liked the way the flour tortillas turned out so crispy. And they were so easy, too!

We enjoyed these quite a bit! I would like to try a different meat in them, maybe ground beef or turkey, or chicken. The lunchmeat was not as good as a different choice would be I think. Otherwise really good! I liked the cabbage, an interesting touch with a great texture!

This was so easy and had a great flavor with a touch of heat. It was wonderful. I used turkey and ham deli meat because I did not have enough turkey. It was yummy!

A tasty dish- the turkey is excellent in a chimichanga- but I will use less cabbage next time. It seemed too much like an eggroll...
