My husband said, "Mmmm, this is great!" He loved how they were baked with the oil on them. He thought they were fried. I had never bought chipotles in adobe, and I was worried about the heat. Next time I will have to divide the meat and leave the chipotle out of the kids meat...too hot for the kids.

I really wanted to like these a lot, but the turkey was just too salty. I think the recipe has possibilities, and I plan to try the basic cooking method with different fillings.

my brothers and i (15, 13, 11 made this recipe together, and it was really good. We did not really have all the ingredients, but still it was delicious. We ran out of tortillas, so we wrapped up the ingredients in some aluminum foil and then baked it as said, and ate it with bread (so so good. We love spicy food so we had three chipoltles in it. This would have gotten a five but we didn't have all the ingredients (missing the tomatoes and tomato sauce. We liked the cabbage, it added a nice crunchy texture, although when it was in the steamy pocket it got soft (it was still yummy. We hope to make this again (the right way but it is still very very good.

This is such an easy, affordable recipe. One of Rachael's best! You'll never go out for Mexican food again once you try these.

These chimichangas were really quite amazing. My husband and I will be putting this in our favorites. I was skeptical with using deli turkey, but it has amazing flavor. We like our food hot, however, if you aren't into the heat, be very careful when adding the chipotle peppers. I was shocked how only one pepper added substantial heat and flavor.
