I used shredded chicken in place of turkey, everyone loved them. Will definitely make again.

I made this lastnight I added the cheese right into the mixture and wow they crisped up so nice, and the flavor was awsome.

This was excellent! I followed the recipe, with a few adjustments. I used ground turkey and seasoned it with the chili powder as it cooked. I also didn't have the chipotle, I'm sure I could have found them if I looked in a few different stores, but I wanted one stop shopping on this one. I substituted a dab of Trader Joe's smoky black bean dip instead. Per reading other reviews, I threw everything into the skillet after the turkey cooked, including the cheese. Fresh cilantro is the key and my 4 year old ate cabbage and carrots without even knowing it!

Another tasty, easy dinner. I was leary of the cabbage but it turned out delicious....as usual, the ingredients were easy to find and it was easy to prepare. I made extras and my husband said the leftovers heated up fine for lunch the next day.

These are so great!! They're fun, easy and so different. I even served them for company and everyone loved them. I only use 1 pepper and that is spicy enough for me.

I liked the way this Chimichangas were cooked. Brushing a little oil on them and baking really crisped them and was a healthy alternative. I think I will find another ingredient besides the cabbage next time.

I was a little skeptical about a baked chimichanga but these were really good. They have just enough crunch and aren't heavy like the fried version. And to top it all off, they only take 15 minutes!

They sort of tasted like Mexican stromboli to me. Next time, I might use mozarella cheese instead!

I really liked this one! It was easy and very filling! I didn't alter it at all, except for a few more scallions, but I would make this one again!

This was not only easy, but so yummy! I didn't change anything, just great the way it is. I did use a tad less Chipotle since my husband doesn't like things too spicy and we used the BIG burrito tortillas!
