This was a very good recipe and everyone who has tried it wants it.
We are on a life style change as far as our eating habits and you don't feel as if your missing any of the bad things that taste good.
Generally I can't tolerate alot of spice so I just adjust spicy ingredients to suit my tolerance.

These are basically eggrolls made with lunchmeat and tortillas...an insult to Asian chefs, Mexican chefs, and deli counters.

I made this dish for an evening with the girls, and it was a hit. I followed the suggestions of previous posters, and steamed 1/2 of the shredded cabbage. I also mixed the cheese in the bowl instead of placing it on the top. They were so good, and reminded me of a cross between a chimichanga ans an egg roll.

I used the ready to eat chicken breasts instead of deli meat. I then mixed all of the ingredients and then heated for 5 mins in the microwave in tupperware to wilt the cabbage(saves time vs. stovetop. I used 2 peppers for some extra kick. It had a ton of flavor and was quick!

The cooking method is good but I did not care for the taste. I may try this method again with different fillings.
