Me super encanto y siendo mexicana me gusto mucho mas que las tradicionales de mi tierra, para nada se extra?a el aceite en el que se frien, y SUPERR faciles de preparar!!!

I made these when we had company and got rave reviews! To solve the crunchiness problem, I wilted the cabbage in a saucepan on the stove, then added the tomato sauce and cheese and mixed them all together. It worked out great. My husband couldn't even tell there was cabbage in there.

These turned out soooo good! I was a little worried too because I didn't know what to think of the cabbage, but they were awesome! The whole family loved them!

Excellent dish!! This was a quick and easy dish to prepare. Lots of bold flavor. I love spicy food. I cook lots of New Mexican dishes with lots of chile. I was not really as familiar with chipoltle chili, but I loved the smoky heat they impart to the dish. I have added this to my regular menu.
My daughter loved it!! She doesn't love too many dishes. She is very picky.

Super easy and fun to make! I made this as a last minute meal for unexpected guests. I was a little nervous since I hadn't made it before. It was a hit! Can't believe I haven't been making this before.

I loved the Smoked Turkey Baked Chimichangas. I rarely cook and I made them wonderfully. The only let down was that they did not make as good leftovers as I wanted.

Before this recipe I'd rarely go near a chimi -- couldn't afford the calories! This is a pretty healthy alternative and I definitely don't miss all the grease. My husband does, but he still liked the baked version. We added fresh pico de gallo salsa and sour cream either on top or inside the chimi. Great for cooking in the summer and minimizing the heat in the kitchen.
