I enjoyed this recipe so much, words can't begin to tell. I love green leaf vegetables, but Kale was never a favorite, well after trying this recipe, I will be adding it to my favorites. I didn't have wine available, so I used some balsamic vinegar, let me tell you it was awesome, I have to share this with my friends. Thank you for sharing.

I was very curious about this recipe when I saw her make it on TV, since the only way I had ever gotten my husband to eat kale in the past was by putting it in a soup with Italian sausage, so when I got a bunch of kale from my CSA, it was the perfect opportunity to try it. We're not so big on the wilted greens idea, but I thought that with the mushrooms and wine it might not be too bad...boy it was even better than that - it was FANTASTIC!!! So good that I had to go and buy more mushrooms to make this again tonight! I'm going to try it with chard and see what happens. The long cooking of the mushrooms really makes a difference (I'm usually a fan of a very quick, hot cooking for mushrooms and lends them a nice deep flavor which is enhanced very nicely by the Marsala wine. Definitely one of those recipes to try it if you're at all curious! Makes eating your greens even more enjoyable!

I just finished making this recipe. The only thing I did differently was substitute the butter for "I cant believe its not butter". "He" has never had Kale before and said "that tastes righteous!" I could eat this everyday! Thanks Rach!!

I've cooked with Kale several times, but this wasn't my favorite recipe. It was edible. The Marsala wine tasted good with the mushrooms but not so good with the kale. I probably won't be making this again

This dish is so wonderful, and kale is such an underused vegetable. The first time I made this, I stuck to the recipe, and my husband, who is a meat and potatos guy really loved this, and suggested to add meat the next time. So, I did! I think that the mushrooms are meaty enough, but I did add cubed tenderloin, and it was fantastic!!!!!

Very good and tasty. This is the 2nd time I have made a kale dish and everyone loved it including my 11 and 12 year old. I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe!

My husband was not real fond of this, but my adult son and I loved it. Some will not like the taste of Kale.
