I had never had Kale before, but know it is rich in vitimins and minerals. My daughter is vegetarian and eats kale frequently. I loved it and she said it was the best she had ever had! I later served it to another friend who cooks fresh spinach in a similar way...she too liked this better. So treat yourself and your loved ones to a healthy meal!

I love mushrooms but I never tried kale before I tried this recipe. It was VERY TASTY. I'm glad Rachel Ray made this otherwise I probably would have gone through life without ever eating kale. I know kale is high in vitamin K. Thank you Rachel Ray for another nutritious side dish.

This recipe was really good. I used spinach instead of kale because I couldn`t find it and even my husband tried it and liked it....
My 3 year old also liked it

I have never had kale before I tried this recipe. I learned that I am not a big fan. It is a little too bitter and I did not like the Marsala wine with it.

My husband and I loved this but will use more kale next time, we discovered that our bunch wasn't as big as the one Rachel used. So make sure you have enough, it really cooks down. Without enough kale we thought that the nutritional value of the dish as a veggie side was negated by the butter and oil used to cook the mushrooms.

Even my children ate this. I am constantly on the lookout for quick, delicious ways to eat vegetables that are good for you. Mushrooms boost your white count and Kale is an anti-cancer food. I think we all need to include many more vegetables and fruits than we do and this recipe is quick and tasty. Thanks Rachael!

We found out that Kale is not one of our favorites! The mushrooms and spices were fine but the Kale flavor was very overwhelming.
