Great recipe! We loved the tangy/sweet flavors and I loved how quickly it came together. We'll definitely be making this a lot this Summer!

Us girls got together and had movie night. The movie was The Help. We each brought a Southern Dish. Mine was the "green bean dish". It was a true hit. Thanks!!

I gave it a 4 star because although it was a hit with the family, I did not like the vinegar taste at all. It made it taste spoiled, but some people like that tanginess, I guess. I will make it again, but without the vinegar.

Love, love, love this recipe! I have made it dozens of times and it always comes out perfectly. The vinegar and sugar are key - they make an amazing glaze! I would eat these every day, yum!

My sister and her husband made these one year and have been a STAPLE in our recipe book ever since. They are so so good! The bacon and onion with the sweet and tangy is amazing :. I did try one year to use the steam fresh green beans from the freezer and it just doesnt work. Make sure to use fresh green beans.

These beans are great! My husband can't stop raving about them. They are quick, easy and full of flavor. The bacon and onions really take plain old green beans to a new level.

I'm always looking for side dishes, and this is absolutely delicious!! I'm not a huge green bean fan, but the vinegar, onion, and bacon give it great flavor. I make this at least once a week and it's a great way to get both me and my children to eat veggies!!

Different people mentioned that they really liked the green beans when I made them. Glad I made them!
