Best burger ever!!! I've never cooked, ate, bought a turkey burger before. But I'm sooo glad I came across this recipe. I omitted a few items and added a couple just for my personal taste. Needless to say everyone in my house LOVED these. I even sent one to my neighbor. My picky 14 year old daughter was not as excited about them in the beginning but after the first bite she wanted to know what was in them that gave them the heat, she loves spicy food. I'll never make another beef burger again.

Yummy! The recipe sounded good (I had a hankering for cilantro!, but we were looking for a recipe for the BBQ. We decided to try it anyways. With all the veggies, the mix didn't look like it would hold together on the grill, so I mixed in an egg. Then it looked too gooey, so I added a couple of spoonfuls of whole wheat breadcrumbs and they turned out PERFECTLY! So juicy and flavourful! I had mine with a glop of homemade guacamole, and tomato, lettuce, and onion. Definitely a "do-again"!

This recipe sounded really good... However, it seemed like a lot of cumin, so I cut the amount in half and it was still overwhelming. I tried this recipe twice! Yet no one was very fond of it, all we could taste was the cumin. Still on the lookout for the "perfect" turkey burger. :(

Absolutely delicious! So easy and I didn't have all of the ingredients and they still came out great. The key is definitely the tabsco sauce. Super yummy.

I've always shied away from ground turkey. Why have turkey when you can have beef, right? All of that was blown away when I tired this burger. I was instantly a fan. It was so delicious, flavorful and moist. What a great way to discover a new food I hadn't tried before. My hat's off to you, Rachael Ray. No wonder you're the Queen of Burgers.

A to the mazing! Easy to make and satisfying. I served with spicy sweet potato fries and it was a hit! Also I froze the extra two before cooking in some parchment paper and had for dinner a week later. Super budget friendly!

These are absolutely the best turkey burgers we have ever had. They have become a bi-weekly event in our house! We use mayo and dijon mustard and parsley and leave out the pepper relish/jelly and cilantro. Top with tomato and lettuce. The whole point of this recipe is to make it with turkey so it's healthy. People who substitute beef, come on. Served with spicy/sweet (brown sugar baked sweet potato fries. Delicious!
