It amazes me people who make changes to a recipe and then complain that it was too dry or too salty, etc. If you are going to add more bread crumbs then it is probably going to be dry! Great flavor and moist, love all of Rachel's burger recipes.

DELICIOUS! Made this for my family and they loved it as well. That sweet peper relish really made the burger soo much better. I left off the lettuce and bacon and used Hawaiian roll hamburger buns and it tasted amazing! Not boring at all.

This is the BEST turkey burger ever! Most I have made are dry and flavorless.. This packs a punch and is full of flavor.

I made just the burgers, and I thought they were really interesting. I had to add about 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs to keep them together. The amount of heat was perfect. However, they were a bit dry and I dipped them into BBQ sauce (Trader Joe's. Overall, good flavor and they are a healthy alternative. With a side salad, they are a refreshing meal.

My daughter recently made these burgers for my husband and I. We all agreed they were the best burgers we've ever had. Burgers is my favorite food! In all my 60 years no burger at home or eaten out even compares. They were moist, perfectly spicy and ever so scrumptious!

Really great turkey burger. I used parsley instead of cilantro. Will be making these again. Had the leftover burger for lunch the next day, just as tasty!

These burgers were pretty darn tasty!! Spicy... but not too spicy, and full of flavor. I'm not a huge fan of cumin, so based on previous reviews I used half the amount of cumin, and it was perfect! Husband loved them. Will be making these again real soon.

Tasty and pretty easy to make. I love anything with cilantro and hot sauce, so I added more of these ingredients for a spicier burger :

The turkey burgers were great, but I'd go a lot less on the cumin. I couldn't find the relish or pepper jelly so made a garlic aioli instead and worked fine. Paired with sweet potato baked fries and we had a great dinner!
