Go easy on the montreal seasoning, otherwise the burgers were really good. I just put everything in my food processor and it was real easy.

I have been dieting for a while, so I've been subbing ground turkey and chicken for beef in a lot of recipes. I found this and tried it and LOVED it! I even used the same ingredients with ground chicken and beef, and the results were just as great. The burgers are moist and packed with flavor -- and the veggies aren't too crunchy if you make sure to dice them up well. I would recommend this to anyone who is on the fence -- it's worth it!!

    Rachael,

This is so YUM-YO. These were great. The flavors all blended so good together. A big hit.

I haven't cooked much with ground turkey and am trying to eat healthier so thought I'd try this recipe. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of the pepper relish on the burger--I used tomatoes and avocado. We're still raving about this recipe. I also didn't know turkey bacon could be that good--I used Oscar Meyer/Louis Rich and it had great flavor. I made a double recipe and froze it to feed my friends this weekend in the wine country--it was that good and healthy which is a definate plus!

My boyfriend and I were watching the show and since he's on a diet, he was looking for new ways to jazz up the turkey. We thought we'd give these burgers a try. I was a bit skeptical since I'm not one who likes a lot of spicy foods (not worth the heartburn for me but I was AMAZED with how fabulous these were. They were relatively simple to make (the hardest part was cutting up the food, which is easy for me since I'm the chef in the house! and tasted heavenly. Since I am a big fan of cilantro, I used more of that and a little bit less tabasco sauce. One burger was more than enough to fill us - we're thinking that next time we'll go without the bun and just eat them straight. With our bellies full, the turkey triptophans kicked in and we were asleep in no time.

This will definitely become a staple for us. Even our picky dog loved them!

I doubled the recipe for a pool party that I was having. I should have made 3 times the amount. All the burgers were gone. Very good flavor, just enough spice and not too hot(even though I like it hot. Also made the Onion rings that aired with this recipe.

Both my husband and I really loved the burgers. I altered them by pre-cooking the vegetables in a fry pan with a little vegetable oil and also cooked the burgers on the grill outside. The vegetables would have been a little too crunchy had I not pre-cooked them. Excellent flavors...especially the cilantro. It made the burgers pop with flavor.

I made these burgers tonight and even my daughter who picks out veggies from a mixed dish loved them! My husband is a HUGE Rachael Ray fan so I don't think she can do any wrong by him! Another great meal!

I enjoyed these burgers a lot but next time I would saute the veggies first so they're not so crunchy in the burger. This was a very nice, well-seasoned, and healthy burger. I didn't use any of the suggested toppings, just ate it plain on a WW bun.

This is a great recipe. I have made them twice now for my boyfriend, who loves them also. I also gave the recipe to a couple co-workers who raved the day after making the burgers themselves. THANKS Rachael!
