These were fantastic. My husband loves his food on the spicy side, so these were perfect for him--but you can easily knock the spice level up or down to meet your own tastes. Our package of ground turkey was smaller than the recipe calls for, and we still ended up with 4 good-sized burgers. Of course, Rachael's recipes are usually sized for a VERY healthy appetite, and this is no exception! :-

Comments are always being made about how "blah" turgkey burgers are. These ahd so much taste and you could add your own special touches.

These are wonderful for a low carb-quick dinner. I hold off on the spices though. Also, we spread with an equal mixture of mustard and mayo. Great left over.

This is one of my family's favorite recipes - what a great way to flavor an otherwise boring meat. We switch up the vegetables according to what we've got on hand and usually skip the cheese and bacon - still tastes great. This one's a keeper.

I'd rate this recipe a 10 if I could! The best burgers I've ever tasted. The onion rings were amazing too! Thanks Rachel!
