They are great! Usually turkey burgers are a little bland to me... However, these are great!

I cooked these burgers for my family and they were FANTASTIC!...chose to do without the Turkey Bacon & Red Pepper Relish & Shallot (went with Red Onion Instead. The burgers had the most AMAZING TASTE!

My husband and I loved these! I wouldn't have known they were so healthy if I hadn't cooked them myself. I really liked the idea of having fresh herbs and a little "veg" in them...and it adds great flavor and moisture. They were a little salty, but I believe that was most likely my fault in "eye-balling" my steak seasoning.

The consistancy is more like meatloaf.

My husband and I LOVED this recipe, and we are pretty picky about our food. Super easy to put together, and I'm a beginner cook. I will definitely be making these again!!

The first time I made these I would have given them a two star rating but tweaked the recipe the next time I made them. There is just no substituting good old beef when it comes to a burger. I used 85/15 ground beef and of course thick sliced pork bacon over turkey bacon. I kept the seasonings the same and they did have a delicious and unique flavor. I bbq'd them over oak wood and tossed a good hand full of soaked red oak chips on the fire to give them a smokier taste. Living on the CA central coast where oak wood is in abundance we know and appreciate the flavor qualities of cooking with oak wood as opposed to hickory or mesquite. These are great for a summer time bbq.

This recipe sounds great, but is not complete without the promised recipe for "Spicy O-Nuts"

This recipe is definitely a keeper. The flavors were punchy and the crunch of the veggies was satisfying. My only complaint is that the burgers are tad bit too spicy so will skip the jalepeno or hot sauce next time. I am not a fan of hamburgers so these are a great alternative!
