This has to be the best, easiest, tastiest sauce I've ever made! I used to cook sauce all day, everyone loved my sauce. Then I switched to doctored up "jar" sauce. I know, but when you are in a hurry, it works! ! I doubt that I will ever buy another jar of sauce or make my sauce the old fashioned way again, this is so good and easy. It makes my mouth water thinking about it! I warmed peppers and Italian sausage to serve with last time, could use meatballs, chicken, or just eat it plain. Yummo, Rach & Mama!!!

This is the sauce I make when I need a quick sauce. During the week i make this with meatballs, chicken cutlets, eggplant or anything. It's so fast to make and really delicious. thank you Mrs. Scuderi for a great recipe.

We're having a spaghetti dinner next month@ church and I didn't know how to make spaghetti until I made this recipe. I love to cook, but my family are not spaghetti eaters. I made this for them the other night and they all wanted more. Even my husband, whose own mother never made spaghetti, LOVED it and said he "would eat this anytime".Even the noodles were delicious! I found the recipe I'll be serving at the spaghetti dinner.

Wow I never knew how good a pasta dish could taste! I was watching it on TV, and at first glance I said "That is what I am making for dinner"! It was so simple and so good. It also was so easy to clean up too.My last word is "Amazing!"

The only change I made to the recipe was to mince the garlic and leave it in the sauce versus crushing it and removing it.

Quick...easy...and of so wonderful for dinner on a winter work-night when time is short!

This is the easiest spaghetti to make including the sausage, peppers, & onions that goes with it. Extremely tasty. I make double the sauce recipe and have leftovers for the freezer. Works great! My husband loves it and I think it's better than the recipe his Italian mother gave me!

This pasta tasted very good but I found it to be a bit dry. It might be because I am not a pro at cooking it. However this is the first time i 've made homemade pasta sauce and I really liked it. The cheese itself kind of has an interesting flavor but my brother thought thats whats made it so tasty. This pasta has a unique tasty flavor and I would make it again.

My family loves spaghetti, but I do not, so I rarely make it and certainly do not bother with homemade sauce. I saw this episode last week and had to give it a try. I think what makes it is actually the Italian sausage and sauteed veggies she prepared with it on the show. The sausage is simply cooked on a cookie sheet in the oven at 425 degrees until crispy on the outside (approx. 25 minutes. She used a green bell pepper, a red bell pepper, and an onion. I substituted a red onion for a yellow and a yellow bell pepper for the green. You simply mix a bit of the sauce with the veggies and top your spaghetti with them....DELICIOUS! I will certainly be making a lot more spaghetti with this recipe on hand!

Although the dish was delicious and very easy to prepare...the cleanup was tough. The pot that holds the pasta and the cheese, well, what a mess, hard to clean, cheese so stuck on, had to leave to soak overnight. I will probably use a throw away pan to mix the pasta and cheese if I prepare again.
