These were awesome and super easy! Great taste! I only used the meatball recipe part though and then made the Simple Sauce that Giada has. It was really good!!! I am making them again this week!

I was looking for a good recipe for meatballs since I know there are a hundred ways to make them. The recipe came out very moist and mostly fell apart while eating them with the sauce. I served it up with some spaghetti, Preggo sauce and tasty garlic bread. I'll have to post this recipe on the fridge for easy access!

This my go to spaghetti and meatballs recipe now. It's the perfect balance of still-easy and just what I'm looking for. I tend to simmer the meatballs in the sauce; a similar recipe appears in one of her cookbooks - Comfort Foods - which I have and like, and that is the main difference between that recipe and this one. A couple of people have told me that these are the best meatballs they've ever had. Using top quality meat makes a difference; I look for local, pasture raised. I haven't had issues with the sauce not being flavorful, but then I mess with anything that is not flavorful, until it is! I always add some red wine, add a few red pepper flakes, some extra fresh basil....and if you don't eat wheat, Ancient Harvest Quinoa Spaghetti - best! - or rice spaghetti works fine.

The meatballs were delicious, moist, and dense. I used for the meat, "meatloaf mix" which is a mixture of different types of meat. The sauce, not so delish!!!!! Very watery, very bland! I would not recommend. The meatballs I would give a 5 and the sauce a 1, therefore a 3 for this recipe. My 11 year old son told me I should have made my own delicious sauce that I usually make. :

I had ground angus, pretty much did the recipe, except I didn't have the worcestershire sauce (got to get some for next time, and I used my meatballs for a sub. I almost forgot the salt & pepper. the salt & pepper is key, when I added them in and mixed, you smelled the difference right away, raw. Had I come across the recipe first, I'd have had the sirloin, and sauce; but the angus was a good meat substitution. Great recipe, either way.

Delish! My son is allergic to eggs, so I omitted the egg from the meatball recipe, and used equal proportions of ground beef, pork, and veal.. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly. These meatballs are firm in texture, with a wonderful cheesy flavor. I will make this recipe again, without a doubt!

I used the meatball recipe to make appetizer/cocktail size meatballs for a Sunday football party and everyone really enjoyed them. To be fair, I paired the meatballs with jarred Prego marinara sauce so I can only speak for the meatball component of this recipe but I definitely will make the meatballs again.

I only used the meatballs from this recipe, since I wanted to make meatball sandwiches and already had some sauce. The meatballs were awesome!! My husband and I agreed that they were flavorful and moist! They were so easy to make! This recipe is definitely a keeper!
