I chose this recipe because I didn't have a lot of the traditional meatball ingredients on hand - so I wasn't expecting such amazing meatballs! I put in a little less Worcestershire than the recipe called for, but everything else stayed the same. I didn't make the sauce (I used marinara from a jar, but it didn't matter. This was a family favorite!

I thought I would enjoy this recipe considering ive tried others by rachel (they were good and im not a picky eater. The meatballs turned out good, a lil bland but with a good sauce they can be good. The sauce on the hand was a waste of good tomatoes. I found it bland and extremely watery. When i serve it over the pasta, it looked worse. I ended up throwing out the sauce and used prego instead.

This is very VERY good. It's also good with ground turkey for the health minded individual.

These meatballs were delicious and so easy to make. The sauce could use a bit of tweaking, but was worth trying again. Maybe use a bit of tomato paste to thicken and use some dried herbs to add depth to the flavor.
