    How wonderful of a dish! Everyone in my family loves this one. My husband asks for it all the time. My mother, who grew up with an Italian grandmother standing at the stove ALL DAY LONG making a recipe like this one, loved it. When it told her about it, she was less than enthused. Then she tried it and had seconds. It is perfect and delicious, and tastes like it was cooking all day.

    The meatballs in this meal are so easy to make and are scruptuous! They literally melt in your mouth. The sauce/gravy is fantastic as well and could be used for other meals like chicken parmesean and many others. Very light and delightful! Thanks Rachael!

    My italian husband has always made his own gravy whenever we eat pasta. We tried this recipe one night and he was so impressed that this will be our substitute when he doesn't feel like making his all day cooked gravy. Delicious!!!
