Easy and delicious. The sauce can tend to be slightly bitter, so I added a small amount of butter to mine. Also, I think less sauce is better than more, so that it doesn't overpower the taste of the meatballs. I love spicy foods, but when I make this for my son and husband, I add less red pepper when I make it for them - still tastes great both ways!

This was my first time making this recipe. I made it for 5 hungry adults...and everyone loved it. Meatballs were great. Sauce was also very fresh and delicious! Make sure to put the crushed red pepper...gives it a great kick! Really enjoyed dinner, and will make this one again! Thanks Rachael!

This recipe is awesome and I have been making it for years! The meatballs are perfect. I follow the recipe exactly except I use 1/2 tsp of kosher salt in the meatballs as well as seasoned bread crumbs. For the sauce I buy the large can (106 oz of San Marzano tomatoes from Costco (if you are lucky enough for your Costco to carry them hand crush them myself and make 4 times as much sauce to 2.5 pounds of meatballs. Today I threw in some chicken italian sausage as well. Enjoy!!!

This spaghettie sauce is AMAZING!!! I love the meatballs too!!! I love cooking the meatballs in the oven, I'd neer thought of that! I added a whole can of tomate sauce in with it, to make a little more! But other than that: DEFINETELLY 5 STAR WORTHY!!!

Made this last night but tweaked it a little bit. It was very good but just needed a little extra flavor. I also added some tomato paste to make the sauce thicker because I found it was too watery.

Love, love, love this recipe! Both of my children and husband enjoyed this dinner! The meatballs were perfectly moist and flavorful and worked nicely with the sauce. Thanks Rachael!
