My husband loved this spaghetti sauce and next time I make it I am going to cook it in the crock pot. Good Bye jar sauce.

This recipe was a hit! I left out the beef stock because I did not have any on hand but the sauce perfectly balanced the flavor of the meatballs. Will definitely be making again!

My kids LOVED these. For the full family review and pics of this dish you can go to my wordpress blog. It's unable to be linked here so just google "Kate from Scratch, Rachael Ray meatballs" and it will pop up. They're fast, easy and kid-pleasing for a weeknight dinner. I recommend you make your own sauce though. This sauce doesn't really help if you have a vegetarian in the family who wants to skip the meatballs but still have some sauce. I make my own vegetarian sauce then split it -half the meatballs and half for the vegetarians.

i thought the dish was ok what i did lik about it was the fresh taste wit all the herbs .what i did not lik was pretty minor and that was it was really watery lik but i added a little tomato paste and it thicken up a little.i think im gonna jus stick wit the basic way of makin spaghetti or maybe look up another recipe for it..

Gotta agree with Kilted Man from the Carolinas. This is a wonderfully simple, flavorful, and tasty creation! Gosh..Ive made this dish so many times for myself and others...its no wonder its got a 5 star rating! So easy to alter with more veggies too! Maybe RPDIV missed something..or maybe Ragu is more their taste?

RPDIV obviously does not know how to add seasonings to a basic menu.
This is an excellent meal when prepared and seasoned properly.
I served it to my dinner guests a few days ago and they were elated. Great flavor and very easy to prepare.
Maybe for some, the meatballs were too much, in that case buy some mild italian sausage and uncase it make the meat balls by adding some garlic and onions and proceed.
All in all an excellent choice for dinner or a Sunday meal after church.

What a waste of time and money! Absolutely boring. No flavor or appeal. One would hope that a recipe from a nationally recognized show would at the very least be flovorful--not this one. Spaghetti and Meatballs is not a difficult recipe to make appetizing but this one misses by a mile. I should of ordered a cheap pizza.
