I know this is not low carb, in fact I use a pound of tinkayada rice spagetti when I make this recipe. But it sure hits the spot. If you like escarole, lemon and pancetta flavors, you will love this dish!

This is a great weekday dinner when time is short! I'm not a huge escarole fan so I used spinach instead!

this was really good. Not so sure how "low carb" it was but i used some whole wheat pasta and it still tasted great! make sure to put stove on low-heat when cooking garlics, i forgot and they came out bitter but everything was really good!

I first saw Rachael make this about 3 weeks ago. I have made it about 5 times since then - everytime it was a major success. It is just as good or better as a leftover. Although it can be a main dish, I have added some protein like grilled chicken to the side. I plan to eat this at least once per week.

This is one of the best pastas I have ever eaten.. the tastes are complex and exciting. My husband loved it too and he is typically not eager to experiment with new foods.
I am not so sure about the pairing with the tuna and raw sauce.. the tastes do not seem to enhance each other. I am thinking next time pairing it with roasted chicken thighs marinated with compatible tastes or perhaps with a steak.
