Love, love, RR. Made this last night for my husband and myself. I'm not a lover of capers, but I stuck to the recipe and it was WONDERFUL and I will be serving it again.

Delicious! Even my 2 and 4 year old children loved it! ways I made it my own: whole wheat linguini, warmed the olive oil and added the garlic first for better flavor, doubled the olives, omitted anchovies and red pepper flakes.

I will definitely make this again!!!

The tomatoes really need to be roasted at 450 for this to be a 30 minute meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed this but cut the anchovies in half.

Too hot with the red pepper flakes and no "meat". My husband asked if the meat was for dessert. :- We didn't really care for it.

This was so, so good! And it was so easy. It will be one I make for guests.

Love this recipe. Easy and could change of pace. Don't be worry about the anchovies, they really don't taste fishy. This is the first time I tried roasted cherry/grape tomatoes - great. Now when I have tomatoes that are getting wrinkles, I roast them up for a warm side with some toasted bread.

I made this last night in about 25 minutes and it was great. The next time I make this I may add some mushrooms, but other than that, it's a great veggie meal.

All I can say is "Wow!" This recipe is wonderful. The ONLY thing I didn't do was add the red pepper flakes because it's a flavor that I simply don't care for, but otherwise I followed it to the letter. The tomatoes did take way longer than the recipe shows, but that's not a problem at all, they were wonderful. This will also make a great cold pasta dish. All in all, a home run.
