I also made the tuna from this episode. The entire meal was delicious, with a great depth of flavors. I would decrease the salt a bit-perhaps on the tomatoes. This was definitely not a 30 minute meal; the tomatoes took up a good portion of thos 30 minutes. Very nice.

I was interested in this dish because its starts like Bagna Cauda. This is a rather salty dish but the salt can be cut by skipping salt in the pasta water, light salt on the tomatoes, and by cutting the amount of capers in half. The tomatoes really tied this dish together. I would serve this again.

Rarely do I follow a recipe verbatim but, this one? To a T. . . If it ain?t broken don?t fix it. Simply stated, this recipe is a off the radar screen. The only thing I did different, Is, we found some fresh tuna at Costco, (bless me father for I have sinned grilled it RARE and topped the pasta with thinly sliced tuna and reserved the extra tuna for the Barefoot Contessa?s recipe for tuna salad. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/tuna-salad-recipe/index.html
ENJOY!!!!!!!!
