I have made this pizza so many times that I can almost do it blindfolded! The only thing that I do that is different from this posted recipe (and from what I saw on this 30 Minute Meals episode is to use 2 roasted red peppers instead of 2 JARS (maybe that was a typo...family ALWAYS loves it! And the leftovers don't last long...hubby usually takes them for lunch the next day! Love it! Thanks, Rach! :D

Oh my goodness, so very good and I haven't even finished baking it yet. Small adjustments I made: a little crushed dried mint (approx 1 tsp in the meat portion, used about a tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce to enhance the ground turkey (something I have always done to ground turkey and used herb/sun dried tomato flavored feta. I didn't have a full bag of frozen spinach so I used that and a couple handfuls of fresh spinach. Also added the juice of half a lemon, with the other half going on the salad with some olive oil. I also sliced up a little of the red onion for the salad portion. I keep finding my self "taste testing" the meat! YUMMY!! Its in the oven now and I know I will be a happy woman! Thanks Rachel, some of the things you make on the shows sometimes makes me wonder but this one hits it out of the ballpark!

I love this pizza. My first pizza I ever made and my whole family loved it. Healthy and easy to adjust. My husband and daughter are picky with peppers so I only put them on half of the pizza. I will make this again for sure...Great job Rachael :

WOW! OH MY GOSH! This pizza was the best pizza I have ever had!!! I made my own crust with my breadmaker and this pizza turned out to be like a deep dish pizza because of all the ingredients. I never thought that so many ingredients would taste so good together! The flavors were perfect. Couldn't really even taste the vegetables, it just tasted like wonderful, flavorful, super fresh pizza! I used ground turkey, which was my favorite part of the pizza. I used the parsley instead of the arugula, and I think the arugula would have been weird. I made sure to squeeze all of the moisture out of the spinach so it wouldn't turn out soggy. I did put the cucumbers and pepperoncini on top. I think the cucumber gave it a little extra freshness and the pepperoncini added some great flavor. I think this recipe makes more than 4 servings, probably 8 or even 16 servings because it turns out so thick and the slices are so big. I will definitely make this again and again!!!

And this recipe proves that!!I did not see this recipe on 30 minute meals, but found it in Rachael's 365 cookbook. That version does not call for the meat, making it a great vegetarian option. This is a great pizza recipe! Tha "sauce" was great and and was a nice base for the spinach, onion and feta combo. I used one box of spinach and that was plenty!! Another box would have made it too much. I love trying new variations on old favorites, like pizza, and I truly enjoyed this Greek version! Thanks Rachael!

We made it just like Rach did, just without the meat for a vegetarian. SOOO SOOO good! We've already made it two times in one week. The spinach and combo of other flavors makes it so good...and healthy too.

I have made this recipe again and again and it is always a hit. My only critique would be to use less spinach than the recipe calls for. Other than that- its perfect as is!

Loved it. Comparable, if not better than my favorite restaurant's pizza! The only thing I will do next time is lessen the amount of the ground turkey. Other than that--perfecttion!
