We make pizza regularly, but always make it on pita bread and using an electric skillet. We always love Greek food and decided what a perfect combination, Greek AND Pizza! So we made the recipe using ALL the ingredientss EXCEPT putting the first part on Pita Bread, cooking it in the electric skillet with the dome lid until done and then taking it out and topping it with the cold ingred (including a dash of olive oil and the squeeze of lemon. The WHOLE family loved it! I made mine with all the ingredients in this recipe. Using the Pita leaves each family member the chance to make their own, their own way, But we all ended up using all ingredients and LOVING the gourmet delight! Make this recipe, using Pita Bread, make the first part (cooked with the seasoned meat, spinach with peppers and cheese cooked til the crust is crisp, the cheese melted and then offer all the extra cold salad fixings. The arugula with dash of olive oil and lemon squeeze was NOT TO BE MISSED!! Thanks Rachel for another wonderful recipe!

I followed the recipe to the letter, but the results were bland. The arugula garnish better than the pizza. Next time I will use a more flavorful meat.

This is a great recipe...my family loved it! I made half of it with chicken...and half without. I sauted some onions and garlic without the chicken, as I don't like meat but the rest of my family are meat-eaters, and it was just as tasted great both ways...Thanks Rachel!

Truly one of the best pizzas ever. I didn't put the salad topping on it and actually found that the filling was enough for two pizzas. This will definitely be a repeat mealat our house - everyone loved it!!

This pizza is excellent, I can't even began to describe. It was fancier than most pizza's but healthy and all of the flavors tied so well together. I used Pillsbury Crescent roll dough for my crust. Delicious!

I substituted fresh baby spinach, sauteed lightly in olive oil and it worked great. Next time I think I'll add some romaine on top. This is a delicious pizza. Thanks, Rachael!

I made this excellent Greek Pizza for dinner. It was easy to make and my family loved it!! I plan to make it again sometime. I did not have any ground turkey or chicken on hand so substituted ground sausage. The children ate the spinach and roasted red peppers without any comment.
