Wow, what a beauty! This was one good looking pizza pie.

I had to leave out the spinach (because you can't get it right now and I added radicchio to the arugula for color since I didn't have any roasted red peppers. It was really good.

I tossed the arugula, radicchio, cucumbers and peppers with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This was great, over the top good!

Rachel, you're costing me a FORTUNE in food shopping bills because just when I think I have my menu and supplies for the next week's worth of dinners, I watch 30 minute meals and find a recipe that MUST be made THAT NIGHT! ;-

What a great pizza! My 4 and 6 year old sons watched this episode with me and we decided to try it. They, and their dad, loved it. I used the provolone and arugula, but no olives. We still had 3 slices left because it is such a filling pizza. It will definitely be added to my family's favorites.

This pizza makes a great one-dish meal; lots of veggies. We didn't have grill seasoning on hand and instead used steak sauce to zip up the meat and that worked well.

Our only complaint was with the crust we chose; the substantial whole wheat dough we used ended up being a bit tough. We're looking forward to trying it again with a different brand of crust.

I'm Greek, and I really enjoyed making this version of spanakopizza, instead of the usual spanakopita. My two year old loved it!! THANK YOU!

This was a wonderful recipe. We skipped the salad on top, but with so much spinach I don't think it was missing any green leafy veggies. First bites tasted a bit too "spinach-y," but each bite really did get tastier. This one will be a new regular feature. We were out of red onion and substituted shallots which worked fine. Adding some hot sauce really added a nice tang.
