So my boyfriend's mom had like 4lbs of ground chicken in the freezer and I decided to look up some recipes so we could find something to make with it other than boring chicken burgers. I made another meatball recipe one day. Then the next I made these, except my boyfriend didn't want meatballs two days in a row, so we just shaped these into burgers and threw them on the grill.
They were delicious. We already had tzatziki from his mom's trip to Titan and we used fresh spinach because that's what he had in the house. Making them again tomorrow with the last of the chop meat, as meatballs =

Very tasty, I followed the recipe exactly and not only would make it again, but would serve it at a party! I really liked the yogurt sauce, the kick it had was perfect to round out the flavor. I did half the sauce based on other reviews but used the exact proportions.

A favorite at our house. I found I had to cook them a little longer to make sure they were cooked through. Use a meat thermometer if you are in doubt.

I made these with turkey instead of chicken, and only used half the spinach, but really loved them.

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I thought they needed a little more flavor when I made them according to recipe. When I made them a second, third, fourth, fifth time...I added more Montreal seasoning, more onion, and more garlic. They popped with extra flavor. Everyone who has tried these when I have made them has asked for the recipe.

I've made these several times and they always run out! Not only are they delicious, but they're healthy too! I was able to prepare both the meatballs and dipping sauce the night before and pop the meatballs in the oven when my company arrived. If you're looking for a crowd pleaser then try these out.

This recipe, as written, was a disaster! The filling completely overpowered the amoung of chicken and the amount of sauce was ridiculous. In fact, the first batch of meatballs I made (strictly adhering to the recipe were tossed in the garbage.
To save this recipe, I substituted 1.25 pounds of ground turkey for the chicken, 1 cup of baby spinach finely diced (chiffonade for the frozen spinach and 1 Tbsp. of Greek seasoning for the grill seasoning. I also cut the amount of sauce I made in half (with still too much leftover. With the changes I made, the meatballs were very good. I think they would be great cut into halves and served in a pita pocket like a gyro.

I make this about once a month (whenever ground chicken goes on sale. I use only 1 box of spinach and it is plenty. My husband and I both love it. I serve it over rice, couscous, or pasta - whatever I have on hand. The sauce really makes it. So easy and fast to make! Would also be a good party food - serve with toothpicks.
