We tried making this recipe the other day and followed it step by step. 10 minutes went by - chicken was not cooked; 20 minutes went by - still no luck; finally after 40 minutes the meatballs were ready. Recipe says to make 18 meatballs, we were able to make twice the amount, meaning the balls were smaller so they definetely should have cooked within 10 minutes. Where is the 30 minutes in this?

I made these into burgers and served them plain, they were so flavorful and delicious!! My picky 11 year old ate them:

Absolutely delicious. Did not have Montreal steak seasoning so I used seasoned salt, allspice, and corriander. Also added 3/4 cup of plain breadcrumbs for a more tender meatball. My very young and very picky children LOVED this dish. Easy to make and very tasty.

Tried this with ground turkey and was great. Wanted to try lamb, but there was none available.

This was ok...she really shouldn't tell people to ring the spinach out in towel...it just gets ruined.
The meatballs were OK at best...the grill seasoning is to overpowering.

Use Greek yogurt if you can find it-very thick and tangy! I added fresh mint and a little red wine vinegar to the sauce. Definitely advise browning the meatballs prior to baking.

I followed the recipe (with a little extra feta and it made 30 meatballs. Many more than the 18 the recipe says! Very good and super easy. The dip is excellent!
